White Ribbon Day is Friday, 23 November. This year's theme is "Together, we can end men's violence against women in our community."

61 women have been killed in Australia this year – this is more than one woman per week. One in two women are still experiencing sexual harassment at some point in their lives. This a national emergency. But together, we can work towards ending it.

This White Ribbon Day, communities are banding together all over Australia. This week, there are over 750 community events being held across the country – and you can be a part of it. Wear your ribbon proudly!

Every voice matters. Mobilise your community and let's help shift the attitude in Australia. Be part of the movement that is insisting on change and demanding a society free from violence. Prevention is the answer. How will you be showing your support?
